STRENGTHENS ITS POSITION WITH DEALER VISITS
Under the umbrella of Topçu Holding, Full Generator which has established a significant presence in the generator market with over 100 years of commercial history, met with its dealers in Kocaeli, Bursa, Afyon, Antalya, Adana, Mersin, Niğde, and Kayseri as part of domestic field visits. These visits, conducted with Sales and Marketing Director Emre Koçkan and Regional Sales Manager Onur Özsoy, were organized to strengthen collaboration with dealers and closely monitor market dynamics.
During the discussions, strategies for dealer collaboration aimed at enhancing after-sales service quality and maximizing customer satisfaction were emphasized, particularly in light of recent market trends and technological developments. Additionally, detailed evaluations were made regarding flexible solutions tailored to the generator demands of each region and the needs of the local market.
As a symbol of Full Generator’s technological and design prowess, specially produced miniature generator models were presented to dealers during the field visits, representing a strong collaboration. These miniature generators garnered significant interest from the dealers, serving not only as an aesthetic memento but also as a lasting representation of the Full Generator brand in their offices.
